Shockingly poor customer service on a…

Shockingly poor customer service on a mis-shipped package. If your shipment goes to the wrong address, you’re just out of luck (and the cost of your order). They say they can’t stop an order that was placed 8 hours previously from shipping, and despite what the rep I chatted with said they ship without a signature required so your shipment won’t be returned to sender if the person that receives it decides to accept it and treat themselves to some free sweaters. Oh and I never got a response to my email inquiry. I’ve owned dozens of garments from Superdry through the years but will never make another purchase from them again. Way to lose a formerly loyal customer, guys.

Superdry is one of my favorite clothing brand and they excell all the way!! The website is well structured and they have very effective and clear communication, always notifying me every time there's a shipment update and such.Their clothes are really high quality, fun and stylish!! I'd recommend them to everybody!!

Order history and tracking

It was always easy to place orders and we used to receive our orders not too long. I understand it is a very busy time of the year but I still have to receive any updates on my order from December 3. I emailed customer service on Friday, Dec 16 and I am still waiting for their reply. The one that needs to be changed is that on the orders list under account, it only states the date and that is it. It would have been helpful if there is a way of tracking it too from the orders/purchase list in case the receipt email of orders is not available.
