Well I ordered a jacket for my daughter which arrived promptly but was a size small and needed to be returned for an exchange in a size larger. I went to the portal link and filled out everything very carefully for an EXCHANGE. A few days later I received an email stating that they had received the jacket and after inspection I would receive a REFUND within 10 days. I FILLED OUT THE INFO FOR AN EXCHANGE!! of course there's no phone # to call so now it's email hell waiting to here after three days nothing! of course the jacket is no longer on sale and I'm not buying it at full price. Oh and supposedly there's a chat line but that didn't work either. Not happy or impressed. 1st and last purchase with this company.
I will continue to be a SuperDry customer due to the fact that I always receive my items quickly.I would also like to say that the quality of the items I have received over the years have been excellent. If I’ve ever had an issue I was able to take it to one of the retail locations and get my issue resolved easily.
I work for Chucks boots and there are so many brands that we offer. Under no circumstances are we told what to sell, we make sure the boot is the right fit for the customer and Steel Blue fits right about 95% of time for the customer. We constantly have customers who come in with the stigma of staying with their comfort but as soon as they try on a pair, they are beyond surprised of the feel, fit, comfort and weight of the boot. You need to try on a pair if you haven't already, you'll be glad you did.
