The quality is exceptional. My only disappointment is that the fit is too small. I bought this for my son, and he could barely get it over his head, and had a difficult time trying to wrangle his arms into the sleeves. He is a size large in everything. This Size large fits more like a small. He can’t wear it.
I lost my package from the online order , ups delivered to the wrong person and I contacted 3 times the customer service through chat and once by email No resolution. Ups open the case and i asked superdry c/s to contact ups as they asked sender to contact them … still nothing So now I have to pay for the product cause some stranger signed for the delivery lolYou once had a great customer serviceSo Disappointing
