Smooth transaction

Smooth transaction and item was delivered on time. Superdry clothings run small which I knew ahead of time and ordered one size larger. Overall, it was a good experience.

I try to exchange a dress and as today still no reply! I did know this item can not be return but at least size is way too big should be allow me to exchange! Very disappointed with site did not clearly give guideline to the customer.
