I chose my size based off Superdry's size chart and the jackets still ended up being too large. I attempted to exchange for a smaller size; however, Superdry wont allow it. They informed me the website states this product cannot be returned, but there's nothing about exchanges. Customer support chat was not helpful at all. I have an email out to customer support as well. Very poor customer services and I will no longer be a customer if they cannot resolve the issue. All I want is a smaller size on the 2 jackets I ordered.
Ordered a long puffer coat. Love it! Extremely stylish and warm. Would have been happy to pay more for a few technical features (knit cuffs on sleeves and one zippered inside pocket), but happy with the product. No issues with shipping or customer service. Very satisfied.
