I've been wearing superdry for a couple years now especially during the pandemic when taking a walk or a hike was one of the top things to do. It still is for me as a matter of fact but wearing the clothing made me feel confident and it sustains laundering and quality remains in tact. I am always a continues to be a satisfied customer
Items ordered online was stolen. When contacted superdry customer service no accommodation was offered for the inconvenience. Customer service only offered to reorder items which as the customer I could do myself. The items ordered was a gift and express shipping wasn’t offered as a convenience for the customer. Very disappointed in the customer I received from superdry.
Shouldn´t have payed for 2 day shipping.After my purchase and paying for expedited 2 day shipping, I received a confirmation email with a delivery estimate of more than 7 days.I contacted customer service, and they couldn´t tell me for sure if my order would arrive in 2 or 10 days, wich was a big issue, because I was only in the US for 5 days.I asked them to cancel my order, but they told that wasn´t possible, and that I had to wait for the order to arrive and choose not to receive it, only then they would reimburse me. The issue, is that I wasn´' going to be there to deny the order.Luckily the order did arrive after 4 days, but the whole experience was terrible, and the customer support even worse.
I’m not rating your clothing which I really love I’m rating how badly designed is your website, leading to the bad experience I’m having, which was to learn afterwards that I was unable to return some pieces I purchased online at the sales section of your US store the page is very ambiguous and in lack of clarity. Firstly There is no indication on the page where the sale is going on that there are no returns allowed, only indications for how to return so I assumed they were returnable. I bought more than I normally buy because I’m used to going to your stores n trying them on. Plus I’ve purchased thru your Amazon store n had no issues returning. Look I’m no longer caring if I get my return, I’m after the honesty of the purchasing process. If NO RETURNS ALL SALES ARE FINAL were right by the price of the product or on the same page as the product I wouldn’t be writing this to you. Please be a more honest company I really love your clothing. We are in an online centric commerce world be better n offer the guarantee of returns no matter the situation. I wish u well.
