My order was lost in transit. I reported to Superdry customer service that my order wasn’t delivered. They quickly responded and refunded my payment so that I could reorder the item previously purchased. The color I had ordered was out of stock, so I had to order a different color. I received my new order in a few days and love the hoodie.Thanks for the quick and helpful customer service and a great product.
I like the details, the quality, the fabric, not so much the fit. As someone else pointed out the jacket sleeves are short, which I understand I've had japanese sizing before. It's also confusing converting your regular size to the japanese equivalent, an american or european L can be a japanese XL or LL or 2XL. It would be useful to have an idea about how warm, windproof, water resistant is.
