Order never received

I placed an order during the Black Friday sale. I was excited to receive my order, but Instead I received an email saying I was refunded for “returning the items because they did not fit.” This was not true, since I never even received my order, therefore never even got to see if it fit or not. This is ridiculous and disappointing and makes me not want to order from here again. When I emailed about it they said it got lost in transit therefore returned to sender. I never got offered anything to make up for it, not even to pay what i had originally paid during the sale. Horrible experience.

Never received my order

Never received my order. Per their customer service, it was misdirected during transit therefore was “returned & refunded” and if I wanted my stuff I would need to order it again. Why would I do that if they couldn’t even get it right the first time? 🙄

I ordered jacket online and the jacket was sent with security sensor attached. There is no number to call.This is so inconvenient and unprofessional.

BS rip off company

First time order got cancelled without any reason given. Second time the parka arrived but the wrong size, so I returned clearly indicated “to be exchanged for XL” but the refunded the order. I finally placed the third order and paid third time and parcel got lost.BS company / BS customer service

Happy Customer as always

For me Superdry has always been a cut above the rest when it comes to designs and service. I ordered the "Bad Apples" shirt online and I was not disappointed. The quality is great and size perfect for my husband. For sure, I will be ordering some more before the holidays.
