Products are awsome but shipping info was unclear. Mail received post cart payment stated a delivery SLA much more extensive than the one paid. While reaching out through chat, the bot could not answer a single question. Very frustrating not to have clear info.
Didn’t receive my order after I paid for express service. As of 12/14/21 still don’t have my order. Not happy love the clothes but not happy. My order appears to be just sitting at the ups warehouse for pick up. More so can’t call and Superdry representative because The website does not provide a customer service number. There is very little or no support when you email them. What to do next. Please advise
