I ordered 2 jackets on Black Friday for my husband for Christmas. One arrived, and the other is still not here. I’ve been checking shipping updates regularly, and cannot understand what is going on. Just recently I saw that the jacket was returned and refunded; I would assume something you did on your end without any word on why you did it. Was it out of stock? That was the first and the last time I order from you. Horrible online service.
I ordered six sweatshirts I paid for six sweatshirts I received an open box with three sweatshirt. I have not been able to find a phone number to reach anyone at Superdry. Therefore I don't know how to get them to send the other three shirts. I did send an email but have gotten no response. My cell phone is 609-352-9394.
I ordered a sweatshirt from Superdry US. While I was ordering it, they gave me advice on what size to order and it turned out to be the perfect size. Also it's super comfortable and good quality as well. I'm very happy with my purchase!
