Customer service terrible. I paid extra $10 for faster shipping received one package on the 8th (ordered on 1st) and second package still not arrived from order. Why did I pay extra? Plus I’ve sent 3 emails and no reply. Trying to do a chat and it’s impossible
I love superdry products. I fell in love with the brand in Ireland but I’m now in the states. It’s difficult to get the same inventory options here, shipping can be lengthy and smaller sizes for tops/sweatshirts are out of stock. I’ll keep shopping though, as the products are sturdy, beautiful and comfortable.
I love Superdry and recently bought 2 coats from the Woodbury outlets. I ordered a 3rd coat online in the Black Friday sales - which has never arrived. The tracking says it was delivered 4 nights ago at 8:20pm. It was not there - we immediately checked outside and there was no parcel. We we security cameras up as well and none of Them show an mailmen delivering parcels, I am sad because it was a gift for my daughter. And I cannot reach a person who can help me at Superdry. Everything is through online help bots. It’s frustrating haveing to spend so much money on a gift she really want and the for it to be delayed and the. Delivered to the wrong address. I would respectfully request a full refund so I can buy her something else before Christmas.
I ordered two jumpers/hoodies. I normally wear a large. I own a Superdry large hoodie and it fits fine. The two I ordered are supposed to be a large, but fit more like mediums. There should not be any inconsistencies in sizing. Also, when these were packed, the large paper mailer was not even sealed. The mailer arrived ripped up and the top opened. The large tear was partially taped and the jumpers were sticking out. Not what I expect for paying almost USD $100 for clothing. This makes me extremely hesitant to purchase online again because of the inconsistent sizing and poor packaging.
