I ordered online 3 coats and I never received my package. I tried contacting Superdry about my missing package but it takes forever to reach customer service, there are no phone numbers. They tell you to contact them on Facebook but they never respond. This is ridiculous. I will never order from this again.
I ordered a navy blue bomber jacket that was supposed to come with fur around the hood. That's the only reason I brought the jacket. Some kind of way it was shipped with no fur for the hood which I see is detachable but now instead of just sending the fur they want me to return the jacket that will probably take 2 or 3 weeks for them to get and who know how long to get the correct one back. By the time I get what I paid for it won't be cold anymore. I usually like shopping with Superdry but I think customer service is terrible you can't even talk to a live person everything is automated. I will just go to the store for now on.
I like the designs of Your sweatshirts however, after several washes they gets beady. Your website does not allow you to match sweatshirts and sweatpants. Nor do you carry a variety sweatsuits for women. Your prices are a little high and you don’t recognize valued customers. I purchase thousands of dollars in merchandise however, I don’t feel like a valued customer.
The quality of the stuff is good, the sizes seem to be all over the place though. One XL item runs like an M, another one is more like an XXL. At times an XL seems to end up like a XL size though! The customer service is hard to reach and comes across a bit unorganized. So yes, I will buy stuff from Superdry again. After all: No risk, no fun …
