It was hellova bad experience ordering from them, I was wearing superdry when I was in UK and their delivery services way better than here is united states, I have ordered jacket for my nephew for his birthday, and it came after his birthday, quality is Changed then picture. I have observed, clothes in uk are better than here same brand but low quality its united states.
I rated one star, because of the Customer Service did not answer any of my calls and the package I received was not complete. I placed and paid for 7 items, but when I received my parcel I only got 3 out of 7 items from my order. The total purchase was $180.00 US and till now, I am not able to reach your customer service representative. I feel very disappointed how I am not able to communicate with any of your representative. The service that I received from your Company is the worst and I am not going to order from you guys anymore.
Super dry clothes have the best quality. I love the pants and jeans. The material really do hold up after washes. Prices are a bit expensive at times. I wish that they had more sales and the sizes available for my fit.
I purchased a jacket online. received it with a brand new tag on it and in the inside pocket was a ticket for travel between Wimbledon and Ester. In the outside pocket was a used mask. I obviously purchased a used jacket. I Definitely want people know what super dry sells used products. I have always held superdry to a high standard. NOT ANYMORE! THEY SELL USED PRODUCTS!!!
I ordered a coat for my friend. It is a very nice coat and is made of excellent quality. I had actually purchased the same one years ago as a gift for a family member. However, the one that I recently ordered has an issue with the zipper. It’s almost impossible to zip or unzip. It gets jammed in the lower part. I have sent emails regarding this issue but I have yet to receive a response. What do I do in this situation? Other than the issue with the zipper, my shopping experience was great. Shipping was quick and efficient.
