The first company Carolina Appliance did not show up. Also, unable to get in touch with them..customer service was very unhelpful. I had to get nasty after 3 days of calling to have another company assigned. My washer is still not repaired it has been 2 weeks.
So glad I ended up purchasing this coverage. I’ve had to have something repaired on my washer and dryer 3 separate times (different each time) that alone makes the plan worth it. Definitely recommend! For reference I have Maytag washer and dryer
