The website (at the time of order) stated the carabiner key chain with logo took three business days to produce. (It now states FIVE.) I placed an order and approved my artwork Monday. Our event was Sunday, so allowing Tuesday through Thursday for production with Friday as a ship date and expedited two-day shipping, I was excited to see the final product. Having received no updates, I contacted CS on Thursday via chat for a status. The CSR did not tell me what the status of the product was, only that the order would not ship on Friday because it was not a business day. We exchanged several messages debating the timeline...with the CSR seemingly not comprehending how Tuesday to Thursday was three days to produce and how Friday really IS a business day.Needless to say, even with paying for expedited shipping the order did NOT arrive in time for the event and now I need to find a use for these materials at a future date. Very disappointing. Do not recommend. Will not order from here again.
