If I could give Zip a negative grade, I would. There is a fraudulent charge on my account. It has been reported to Zip but they are refusing to do any investigating into the matter. Instead they want to continue to charge me for an item that I did not purchase. And to make matters worse, there seems to be no information on this purchase other than the name of the retailer where this mysterious item was purchased. There is no date of purchase and no order number for the purchase. Heck they can't even tell me what was purchased, but they are more than pleased to keep charging me 123.00 every month. I am beyond frustrated!
I ordered some calendars from an advertisement that you had sent me in the mail. When I went online to order them, it told me I could order "matching super ball pens". It truly seemed as though it would have our company info on it that was on our calendar with our logo. Instead, we received 65 pens that don't have any of our information on them. They just say thank you in different languages. This isn't what I ordered. Especially with the name being "matching". I truly thought it was a mistake. I called customer service and spoke to someone who informed me that is the actual name of the pen and that I should not have been expecting an actual matching pen. Super frustrating and if that's really the case, felt like a total bait and switch and left a bad taste in my mouth. I've placed several orders from you guys but I don't think I will in the future.
Once I selected my item uploading the logo was easy. I was surprised and pleased at how quickly the order was processed and delivered. I’ve ordered pens several times and the quality is always top notch. People who get them always ask me for more.
