I was looking for a pen given to me but ordered from your company by Altman's Cooling and Heating, titusville florida. I picked out a pen that looked like it from your website, but it is not as good. Nothing wrong with the pens I recieved, but they are not the same. My Fault.
I had ordered and assortment of pens. I was advised that they didn't have what I wanted available. So I had requested to cancel the order. 2 weeks later I get an order, not what I wanted and a invoice. Why am I getting something I didn't ask for?
