My only problem is that I received one payment number the day I paid and then the next day I received a different number implying that my payment had been double entered. So far only one payment has come thru but it is really confusing to get 2 separate numbers.
The repairman has come 3 times already and hasn’t resolved the issue. Also, he is annoyed when he comes, complains about having to come and thinks I’m going something on purpose or making it up. They also don’t have appointments in the evening or weekends, so you have to take a day off.
