I just started using this site, so I don't have much input; however, I am pleased to state that I was extremely pleased with my first purchase. I ordered a set of Alpha Stylus Pen with Rose Gold mirrored imprint pens. I love the feel of the pen, the pen writes smoothly with no skips in ink and it doubles as a stylus. I would definitely purchase this product again. The order was shipped quickly - it didn't take six to eight weeks to get here. I am pleased with that.
I was disappointed in the follow up service for my pencils that I ordered. Also, I’m disappointed it’s taking so long to resolve the order issue with my pencils I love pens.com normally but this makes me rethink using this company.
