Ordered a tshirt and the logo was faded as if it had been washed 20 times. Ordered 2 pullovers. One was fine, but the other had a nick in the logo. Immediately sent customer service an email with pictures. No response, so called a week later and representative said she was "pulling my email and creating a ticket." 2 weeks later and still no response.Updated 10/1/25 - Another 2 weeks and still nothing, no resolution. I ordered these pieces because I needed branded clothing to wear during events. So disappointed that this is how you treat your customers.

Our experience with Square POS has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise any business — especially small businesses — to stay far away.Square has frequently shut down our terminals without warning, leaving us completely unable to process sales during crucial business hours. On one of the busiest holiday weekends of the year, they blocked our accounts with no explanation, costing us thousands in revenue and irreparably damaging customer trust.The system itself is slow, glitchy, and unreliable, especially if you manage a larger product catalog. It constantly signs you out for no reason, wasting precious time during rush hours. And unless you’re willing to pay for higher subscription tiers or add-ons, you’ll find key features locked behind paywalls.Customer service is unhelpful and outright rude. Every interaction feels like you’re talking to someone reading a script who doesn’t actually care about solving your problem. There’s zero accountability, zero transparency, and zero respect for the businesses that rely on their service. As a small, homegrown company with two locations, this experience has been devastating. Square has proven to be an untrustworthy, overpriced, and poorly managed platform. I would never recommend it to anyone, and we will never use it again.
I like your security. I'm in my 70s with some visual distortion so my nephew helped me. Everything went fine - except I hate auto-renew and DO NOT want it. You gave no option. Norton did that also. It took quite a while for my nephew to cancel. Then I switched to you. How can I withdraw auto-renew?
