Review Time
ESET renewed my membership at full price and then I received a sale price notice via email. I called customer service & they told me that there was nothing they could do. So, when renewal time comes again, I will not be renewing w/ESET!
I tried to download myself and I believe I did it. But then I went in again and it gave me another number to pay for 2 years. I had paid that the first time but have an expiration date for June 2025. I already had that expiration date from my last purchase. I attempted to find out if I had purchased a 2 year term but couldn't find out. Why did I pay $194.48 for one year when it says $180 for a 2 year term.
I wish there was more step by step instructions to guide. Things like how to include a site/page that has been blocked.How to use features like the banking protection part. I could not find any explanation of exactly what the feature was going to do... just general comments like protect...
