My experience working with Wren…

My experience working with Wren Kitchens has been fantastic. Wren developed a beautiful design with our input that works perfectly in the new kitchen space. The new kitchen is radically different from the prior design since one wall was removed. The walkways around the island and work zones are perfect. The cabinets arrived assembled and my son and I installed them per the detailed layout provided by Mark, our Wren designer. He also provided advice as we installed the cabinets, crown molding and under cabinet lighting. The videos provided by Wren online were super helpful. We broke on part of a drawer during installation. A replacement part was provided free of charge from their customer care group. I highly recommend Wren kitchens!

Love using Zip

I've used Zip quite a few times and it was a pleasant experience every time. I was able to purchase groceries, gifts and household items using Zip. The payments are low and feasible. Interest rates aren't too bad either. I know apps like these get a bad rep but if you don't abuse them and use them responsibly, they're very helpful.I bought my kids school supplies using Zip and paid it off much sooner than expected

We were at Wreck Beach Canada and met FreezyG a sales person vending frozen fruit to the world He had a sale on and offered to pay our tax and would not accept a tip , rather said we are all here together to build unity and community together as beach created by hippies in the 1940s still no road access best Canada UBC Vancouver Clothing optional or not Glenn is an amazing individual and represents one of the best Square experiences we have had using POS His service at the highest level of care Best Beach drinks globally gourmets tasty and safe as well Square is a good add for his brand ad legendary celebrity Rock Star

Square got us up and going fast ,system easy to use takes most payments, 1 year of no issues, called customerservice , got my answer immediately, had a location with spotty wifi , taking offline payment kept our line moving

Square is Illegally Withholding $10,000 of My Company's Funds — A Business Disaster

I’m the owner of multiple businesses and have been using Square Point of Sale under the belief that I was partnering with a reliable and transparent payment processor. Unfortunately, this week has proven otherwise — Square is currently illegally withholding $10,000 of my company’s earnings due to a broken verification process and unresponsive support.On July 31st, I attempted to verify my identity through Square's system after being prompted. Their own website clearly states that common forms of ID — including driver’s licenses, military IDs, and veteran IDs — are not accepted. However, these are the only legal forms of identification many of us possess. Despite submitting valid documents multiple times, the system rejected them without explanation.I spent over four hours on the phone with various Square representatives. One even hung up on me. The others repeatedly told me I would have to wait “48 hours or more” for identity verification — which is absurd given that their system won't even accept standard IDs. They refused to escalate the issue or connect me with a manager or their verification department, claiming no live support was available for that team. Why have a department that customers can’t contact?As of now, Square has effectively frozen $10,000 of my company’s money — funds that were already processed and are rightfully mine. Tomorrow is August 1st, and thanks to Square's system failure and delays, I will now start the month in the red.My employees' paychecks will be delayedMy business rent, utilities, and service bills are now overdueI’m now facing $1,200 in late feesMy business is at risk of compliance issues with the Department of LaborAnd Square refuses to reimburse or even acknowledge these damages. A company that brings in millions annually is fine ruining small businesses’ cash flow over a flawed and inaccessible verification process. Their actions — or lack thereof — amount to unlawful withholding of funds and gross negligence. This is not just bad business — it’s a risk to the very survival of the companies that rely on them.Because of this, I will be removing all five of my businesses from Square and will never recommend them to another professional. I am currently seeking legal guidance regarding this matter and will be reporting this situation to the appropriate regulatory bodies.If you are a business owner considering Square: beware. When something goes wrong, you will not get support. You will not get your money. And you may be left explaining to your employees why their paychecks aren’t coming.
