My business has ended so i don’t need Square anymore but I need to relay my satisfaction. Your all’s customer service includes effective personal connections, something sorely lacking in other businesses. This matters so much. I felt listened to. Not by a robot, but by real people. Please keep this aspect of your business!
I have been very happy with ESET but the last upgrade to Ultimate has been very frustrating. As a normal user I am frustrated by the confusing setup of the app. Many of the settings are far over my ability to understand. Many of my apps were blocked for some reason I do not understand. I am very upset with the VPN as it does not allow me to access websites I normally view and I do not understand how to correct the problem. I have even contacted ESET support for answers and have come away more confused than ever. Overall, I feel like the app does a good job of protecting our network but wish it were a little more user friendly.
Eset is better than the security program I was using previously. The UI is easy to navigate and my computer is running faster than before (not sure why). However, I have found through several interactions with tech support that it is ineffective against serious and adaptive threats, such as ARP attacks. Nevertheless, I like Eset, especially the Network Inspector, which my previous program did not have, and the Secure Banking module, which in my previous program was a clumsy, five-legged elephant.
