I have been very happy with ESET but the last upgrade to Ultimate has been very frustrating. As a normal user I am frustrated by the confusing setup of the app. Many of the settings are far over my ability to understand. Many of my apps were blocked for some reason I do not understand. I am very upset with the VPN as it does not allow me to access websites I normally view and I do not understand how to correct the problem. I have even contacted ESET support for answers and have come away more confused than ever. Overall, I feel like the app does a good job of protecting our network but wish it were a little more user friendly.
The company's technician was punctual. He was always in contact with me. He knew what he was doing. The service was excellent, fast, and now the refrigerator dispenses plenty of water with a good flow and makes plenty of good-quality ice. Better than when it arrived new. 100% recommended.
It's super easy to complete seamless transactions at my farmer's markets. When I'm asked what I can accept as payments, I can jokingly yet seriously say I accept anything but I.O.U.s. I know my customers appreciate the ease of payment. You make me look good. Thank you.
