Review Time
I renewed my subscriptions.When downloaded and installed, ESET causes my desktop icons to go blank (white).Support helped me correct it, I thought.Turns out it was not corrected.Finally I saw where a user suggested I disable the Eset browser Enhanced Data Protection. That seems to have solved the problem for now.
I bought a 2 year plan for 3 devices. I thought it would cover 3 computers for 2 years. I had it I installed on 1 computer and then they tried to use the same code and it would not sllowxa 2nd download. Turns out (as I hbderstand it) that it did bot mean 3 PCs it meant 1 PC and 2 other devices like a tablet or something wlse
I had to call in to customer service to update my credit card and the person made it so easy. I was having trouble trying to update on line because it didn't tell me to delete the existing Auto Pay and the associate that waited on me did that and then reentered the auto pay with the new card.All good but wish the web site said to delete the existing one and I would have been able to handle it. All good.
Unfortunately the tech couldn’t fix our refrigerator after several visits. It was left with a chemical bad smell. Had to throw out all the food snd worried about health effects from the smell. We ended up having to buy a new fridge. Company wouldn’t replace it as per the contract. Wont use again.
Terrible experience! Yesterday, I opened the app to charge a client, but I couldn't find a way to do it. As a result, I had to leave without completing the transaction. I don't understand why Square doesn't have a simple button that says "GET PAID" immediately upon opening the app.Additionally, when I tried to obtain a payment link on the desktop, I found it very difficult to navigate the process. It's frustrating!
