I have been an eset customer for almost 20 years, but I find eset's offerings to be confusing. There are numerous similar-sounding products that make vague promises - eg how does network shield work, and is it really more of "network test" vs "network shield?"
My wife used to work for a company and their IT Department Lead highly recommended ESET for computer protection. We started using ESET in 2009 and have continued ever since. I had some minor problems early on, but the ESET associates responded quickly and handled everything. We have never had any security issues due to their protection.

Ease of use, reports acquisitions, website modification and rapid updates along with my items and categories, being able to have in store items not necessarily needed on the web site menu for ordering, very convenient QR code for customer payment, text receipts are fantastic as we get orders from out of state senders often. Being able to create, edit and cancel invoices easy and allow all different payment methods and splits. Overall great experience with all including timely transfers to our business bank account. I would like the website to have more styles options but we like ours simple anyway.
