I've had it with ESET. I unsubscribed from your spam 3 mos ago (case #00940617, as if that matters), and you continue to blow smoke in my face. Your "customer support" is excruciatingly engineered to discourage inquiry of any kind. I've had it with aggressive marketing, endless spam, and the terminal enshittification of your customer interface. As soon as I find your keenest competitor, I'll be demanding a refund. Just wanted you to know why
I didn’t receive my purchase. Apparently the information about address was incomplete but you didn’t check anything related. Until I could check the status I saw UPS didn’t contact me or you, they went to the fast solución to turn the package. So now I don’t have my products or my money and these are really inconvenient. I only hope the refund is gonna be quick.
