Review Time
I have been using eset for years and it was a great product. Last month my subscription was due for renewal. I updated it and it said I needed a restart. After the restart my Windows wouldn't start. It basically grenaded my PC. I have tried many times to reboot and no such luck. In the future I won't be using eset any longerEdit:eset refunded my money for the failed update.
We upgraded/renewed our subscription and have had nothing but log-in issues since. EVERY time I open my browser I get 2 tabs - one for the browser and one for "ESET Password Manager: Log in." When we did the upgrade, the site would not accept our old credentials, so I created a new account as instructed. It still does not recognize me on MY device, and only my spouse can use the "new and improved" version with his [old] credentials on his device. We're allowed 5 devices, and we've only got 2 covered. Do we have to create "new" accounts for each device? This is far more trouble than it's worth.
I had a more expensive version of ESET. Before my expiration date I bought my ESET NODE 32 and installed it on all 3 of my devices; at least I thought I did. I still was getting warnings that my subscription was about to run out. Finally got my main machine working before the date, then the second machine took a little more work to get installed,and finally, the 3rd device probably took me hours to finally get the new system to take over where the old system left off. The process should have been easier or instructions should have been clearer. I also think a returning customer should get at least as good of a price as I can get from outside vendors.
The pens were exactly as ordered, I went to a conference, and handed out some of my pens. I got a lot of compliments about the quality of the pens. I have ordered 3 times from pens.com, and each time I have been extremely satisfied with their products.

My experience with Square was first rate. I'm sure the individual I worked with is nice; but she could do nothing without the organizational structure that supports her. Kudos to the organization for getting this done well.
