I was unaware that "set-up" and "Tariff" charges would be added to the order. For clarity, I believe those charges should be disclosed upfront when selecting items instead of being disclosed at the time of billing. Although the information was provided on the final billing, my focus was on approving the pen itself, and not additional fees. Additionally, I was charged a "logo" fee, and I was informed that the logo I submitted could not be used. I spoke to a representative about this issue and was told the fee would be taken off of the order - it was not. So, I made a follow-up call to have the fee reversed. As of October 21, 2025, I have not received a refund.
