Review Time
We received a sample of the notebook and pen and thought it was a very nice gift to give to some of our customers. But when my wife used the sample one the first time, the pen holder came unglued from the notebook. We are hoping all the ones we ordered and paid for are not this inferior. They look nice, but will they last to give away?
I could not see how the words will look on coffee mugs online. Once I got them they are big letters all around cup. I would have liked them only on left or right side of the handle not going all around. I would have liked small font and only on one side of handle. I am not happy with what I got for my money.
I had two orders. The second one went off without a hitch. However, the first one was not the best experience. I had asked for pens with black. When I was asked to approve the order, I noticed that blue ink was on the order and I asked for black. I was told that the order was already being processed and I couldn't change it. I asked twice, but I finally said give me the order with blue ink so I would have them on time for the event. I thought there was some sort of satisfaction guarantee.
