Great customer support

Great customer support but it’s easy to use. Step by step instructions help you set it all up. The app walks you through setting up. But support will answer any question. I’m happy with my choice to use their scheduling and apps are easy to use in accordance with your business.

I don't even think about web predators any more. I have had ESET for years and every so often I click on a website and a message pops up telling me of danger and that it has been neutralized. I even used it in the Peace Corps in Africa where viruses are rampant. Best investment in my computer health I ever made.

This was my first order with pens.com…

This was my first order with pens.com and I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in final product for my order ID : ONMJ9YY-36Z28-1M8. I was mailed a sample of the Note Caddy & Ombre' Paragon Pen Set and I liked it, so I ordered it. The sample that I received in the mail and the proof that I approved via email to go to print has a different sized logo than the finished product, which is disappointing. I did not choose the size of the logo so my assumption is the logo on the finished product should be the same size as the sample and proof and it is not. I feel bamboozled because the logo is not the same size as it is on the sample that I received in the mail. I feel like I there should have been a warning that says, "logos are smaller than they appear." Your team didn't seem sympathetic at all and gave me a shut up and take it attitude about it. The refund offered became a bartering or negotiating war between me and your rep versus my request to reprint or a full refund. This would have been the right thing to do since the product is not what you advertised. Needless to say, this will most likely be my last order with Pens.com since I can't trust the proof that I am signing off on.
