Be sure your computer has a TPM before upgrading your Eset

I updated my tablet and my newer laptop with no problem. My older laptop not so lucky. It is not a problem with Eset, I think the laptop doesn't have a TPM.

My computer got hacked by some Russian gamblers, thank God Microsoft caught it and help me clear it. I had to contact my bank, and they will report it to the Federal authorities.

I found it confusing in that I thought…

I found it confusing in that I thought I had 1 account with 4 licenses, but it was clarified for me that I had 4 separate accounts. I worked with an ESET agent to renew 4 licenses under 1 account. The agent was extremely well informed and understood the ESET web pages so well, that I have to say that she knew her site better than any agent I've ever worked with trying to get something to work on a web site. It's almost like she was looking over my shoulder showing me what to click next. I rated the experience 4 stars because I felt the web site was confusin.

I think the ESET software is excellent

I think the ESET software is excellent. I have used it for several years now. Yet one small thing kept me from the big 5 star:On 3/12/25 I renewed my subscription and received an Invoice. Two days later I got an email warning that my previous subscription was to expire soon. So,I went into the Chat box to ask why I received the email. I was given a phone number to call--really?As it turned out was probably an overlap of computer messages but the chat box was disappointing.4 is a good rating anyway.
