If you enjoy being hung up on and ignored by customer service agents who provide zero service, then this is the company for you!EDIT to reply: I've spent more than 5 hours on phone calls with 3 of your call center reps and with 5 members of your online chat team. I'm not wasting any more of my life on your company to make a simple data update. Beyond ridiculous.

I'm not a computer geek so when I loaded the Home Security Ultimate version for five devices, I found that it would not work on my iPad or iPhone. So, it was not made clear to me beforehand, or I just didn't understand how it worked. I loaded it on my iMac desktop so I thought it would work on ALL of my Apple devices. And to make matters worse when I loaded it onto my fairly new Windows 11 desktop, I found that it interfered with my internet service. It worked for a few days then I guess it fought with Windows Defender, and I finally had to delete it entirely in order to regain access to my files on One Drive. I need access to both my One Drive files and the internet, so I doubt that I'll reload eset. Besides, I don't even know if I would know how to at this point. I'm in my mid 70's and I'm not afraid to learn new things on the computer. However, I value the time I have left, and I don't want to waste it by being on the computer all day trying to figure out what went wrong. Besides. All I needed was to protect five of my devices at a reasonable cost. However, you don't cover two of my devices, nor do you package a product to cover three devices. So, I've wasted some money here. I was fine with the Premier version, and I could do without all of the extra stuff that I don't really know how to use. I guess I'm stuck until 5/1/2026.

Site needs work

First, I do love the product. That is the only reason I struggle through their site. Otherwise, I would have gone elsewhere.Their site isn't user friendly. Tech help is marginal. Finding how to get help isn't clear; you have to accidentally stumble on it. And if you reach out to the wrong channel, they just tell you to try again. They don't tell which channel you should try.
