Review Time
It seems that I have to learn a new software every time you modify ESET. I've made modifications at times and with each major change I spend too much time going back to make sure that some settings remained or to reset. If it did it's a nightmare trying to find the setting. For example with my update I can't find where to enter my Activation KEY. I have to do this on 3 machines. I have used this software for over 20 years.
I have used ESET for many years. I have had no problems with the program and have felt safer using it on the Internet. I have recommended ESET to my children and friends. They have tried ESET and are also quite satisfied. I appreciate the way ESET stops you from going to unsafe web ages.

If you enjoy being hung up on and ignored by customer service agents who provide zero service, then this is the company for you!EDIT to reply: I've spent more than 5 hours on phone calls with 3 of your call center reps and with 5 members of your online chat team. I'm not wasting any more of my life on your company to make a simple data update. Beyond ridiculous.
