A whole year has passed since we opened our establishment, and Square has with us from the beginning. We appreciate how they organize our finances and simplify our bank transactions. Each time we discover new features for our convenience, such as reports, apprais, and discounts. We are very satisfied with Square and do not wish to change it.
What a joke! Spent days getting setup and verified. Tried to run a $1 to see how it works on my own card. Got flagged and then they asked for 7 different documents that were not part of the original application. Submitted all of that and then got an email in the middle of the night stating...."We’re sorry to inform you that we’ve deactivated your account. Based on the information you provided about your business, we’re not able to support your business needs right now. You won’t be able to continue processing payments with Square. Unfortunately, this decision is final."Zero explanation. Totally a waste of time.
Useless company taking your business and personal information after which keeping your money as long as they can before canceling your account. Trying to transfer your money from Square to your account takes hours on the phone with representatives, who would give you empty promises and waisted time.
