I appreciate Square for allowing easier transactions when customers do not have cash. Cash will always be King. According to research our Sun’s current phase is primed through cyclical cycles to shoot a solar flare ending all electrical systems on Earth = all digital currency will be erased in a second. Square is doing a great service , the app is easy to use and quick , which makes smooth transactions. After a year of using Square , I am happy to have this backup when customers require. Square helps my business prosper. What one does with their currency is their own business; and if digital currency seems like a good idea , Please research our Sun’s Catastrophe Phases and learn about the vulnerability of not having a physical item which hold value , like Gold , or Silver, etc. Thanks Square Team
We utilize square to help manage our Girl Scout cookie business. Margins are very thin for the scouts and so when you weight in square fees, it greatly diminishes the amount the girls make because the fees come out of the girl's income. For example, if someone buys a box from a scout, they typically pay $6 ($1 profit goes to the girls). Square fees for the box are $.29 and so the girls now make $.71/box. You should consider donating your product & services for Scouts and promote it to all your customers as a way you are giving back and supporting girl lead micro businesses. The good will would go a long way!!
We purchased a Square wireless terminal for our business, expecting a seamless payment experience. However, after just a couple of days of use, we discovered that some transactions were not being honored—despite the terminal showing them as approved. As a result, we were never paid for those transactions, leading to a significant financial loss.When we contacted Square for support, we were told there was nothing they could do about the missing payments. This was incredibly frustrating and hurt our business tremendously, as most transactions during those two days went unpaid.We are returning the terminal and requesting a full refund. Beware of Square! If you rely on every transaction counting, think twice before using their system.
It's not straightforward what different features of ESET are doing. For example, when some functions of a website are taking 5 minutes to load, it would be nice to put an exception in for that website but I ended up disabling everything because there are so many features. I'm not sure I want them monitoring everything I do in a browser but there is no easy way to turn that on and off. I'm not saying what they do is bad, it's just not straightforward what they are doing on your device.
