Zip failure after 4 weeks

On second pair of steel blue zip boots (mens). Bought the current pair in Dec 2024, started using them indoors workshop in Jan, and zipper failed after only 4 weeks. I checked with a local cobbler, who told me it was a common fault he came across with these boots.

KEEPS CUSTOMER PAYMENT- WILL NOT REFUND

This payment processor is notorious for keeping people's money for 90 to 120 days without explanation or reason. Do not do business here. I just started a new company and on-boarded my startup as I finally got my very 1st customer I worked so hard for. I am developing a software to be delivered to VCs in 45 days. When. the customer payed me to get to work Square deactivated my account immediately to keep the payment. They're excuse is to protect the customer but if that's so then why won't they just allow me to refund the customer. I have never had a previous transaction with Square so there's no bad history. This is just an excuse to retain other peoples hard earned money. This will legit ruin my customers goal to build this software, ruin my reputation and my first client engagement as a founder. They deactivated my account, won't allow me to refund and blocked communication when this is something that is an easy fix. This is very unethical and it is causing a lot of damage to my business and also my clients business. My client and I are missing a lot of opportunities here and looking forward to talking to legal counsel to join the millions of other Square has done this too. Please be safe and do not let any money touch their platform.

Square US need to cease any association with Washington Jackets because they scam people.

I purchased a Kansas City Chiefs jacket from Washington Jackets for $99. When I received it, it was obviously a fake and a very poor one at that! The KC logo was dirty and very poorly stitched. The NFL logo was peeling off. It looked very different to the picture of it on the website. The website offered a full refund and free returns for defective items but they only offered me $9 stating the jacket did not meet their definition of defective. The primary aim of Washington Jackets is to scam people. I strongly advise Square US cease any ties with Washington Jackets.

I've been using Square for almost 10…

I've been using Square for almost 10 years now, and taking payments could not be simpler. Invoices gives me the option of allowing customers to pay through Square (rather than processing myself) adding another layer of confidence for financial transactions based on what the customer wants. Customer support is also a plus, which I recently interacted with on a tax form issue.
