I purchased a reconditioned laptop about 6 mos. ago. I installed ESET immediately after receiving it. To my dismay I picked up several computer viruses within the first 2 months of use. This computer still behaves in ways that are unsatisfactory.

We had a policy on our dog for about 5 years

We had a policy on our dog for about 5 years. It seems like they covered nothing except for a mass and the euthanasia - but that didn't even meet the deductible, so we received nothing.5 years and several thousand dollars later.I suppose we were lucky that our fur baby only went in for annual visits until the very end when we had a few extra visits.They never covered any arthritis issues b/c somewhere in the notes, the vet mentioned his rear leg was stiff.
