Sizing is completely arbitrary - the same size (medium) fits very differently even across the same product type (for example - men’s shirts). What’s more it’s an expensive proposition to return items - I was shocked that any retailer would charge a fee for a return, especially not $6.95 for a shirt on sale for less than $40. Wow. Disappointing.
I received my package in bad condition. The entire bag was busted open. If the that wasn’t bad enough on its own they tried to TAPE it back with SCOTCH TAPE. This is unbelievable and not what I expect to get when I spend over $200 on a damn coat. I also have pictures.
Definitely a business that discriminates against the poorer business’s and then steal your money. we got set up with them, they took our first payment then they terminated us and kept first payment which might put my business out of business because as I said we’re a smaller, poorer business.
