I order a jacket online at 11/19/2024 and I still didn’t receive the jacket after almost 1 month. The tracking said it is failed to delivery in British. I was in a rush to get the shirt for my wife so we can keep warm in a cold weather out of other country. I hope the jacket will get to me on time.
I registered my account and received payment for my services, but shortly after, I received the following message:"For our shared security, we’re making sure you’re you. Hi Jedidiah, we noticed unusual activity on your account. For security reasons, we have to make sure you’re really you. Until you’re verified, money from your account balance can’t be spent or transferred. If we can successfully verify you, your balance will be available again instantly. If we’re unable to successfully verify you, we may ask you for some additional information. Either way, you can expect an update within 2–3 business days."Afterward, you sent me a list of questions to verify my business with an review time of three business days. However, it has now been TWO WEEKS, and I still have not received my funds.In my sales report, the transaction shows as active, and you’ve acknowledged receipt of my answers. Despite this, my funds remain held with no updates. This situation is unacceptable. I provided the service to my client, and now I am unable to refund or access my payment due to an issue entirely outside of their control.This delay is causing significant frustration and financial strain. It feels like a SCAM to withhold funds for this long without clear communication or resolution.
