Customer service was really good. My parcel was supposed to be delivered to a business in the mall. Unfortunately the shipping company was not able to find the business. So the parcel was returned. I ordered a new one and had it delivered to my home. I contacted customer service to ensure that they received the original one and that my credit card was credited. I heard back within a few hours and they confirmed that it was received and that my CC was credited. Very happy with customer service agent Tracy.
I place my order on 8-19-24 and have yet to receive it. Nor have I even received hat my package was shipped. Beyond upsetting because this was needed for first day of school. Had I known that my order would take this long I would’ve never ordered it.
