Lack of customer service

I am absolutely appalled at your bold lack of any customer service. It has been almost two weeks and I still have not received my order. No one at SuperDry seems to be paying any attention to this issue, or cares.

We had the pleasure of having Lewis Gray at your Hermiston branch in Edinburgh help us design our kitchen. He came to our home which we are majorly renovating and talked us through so much to help with our design. We wanted an island and didn't think it was possible, but Lewis took it upon himself to incorporate this into our design.When we were coming up with things we liked, or may change when we had our finalisation appointment, he made suggestions of things we wouldn't have even thought of for our day to day usage of our new kitchen function better for us. The time he took with us and his communication was excellent and we are very pleased to have had him for our design.The kitchen is now in and fitted and we just wish to thank Lewis for a seamless experience with our kitchen with the stress of a renovation going on. It was alot off our plate and one of our most enjoyable experiences of our renovation.Thank you Lewis!Terry, Mark & Mason

Love the ease of use, BUT...

Love the ease of use, set-up and integrated payment solutions. Hate that this system was built for IOS, with android or windows based computers lagging far behind. There is no clear direction via website or youtube videos regarding receiving vendor invoices for retail- specifically when a vendor gives a credit or discount, and the plug and play label printing with suggested printers still eludes us with yet another third party app to copy and paste to.
