Best Decision I Made For My Business Banking Needs

I have been using Square for my business for a few years now. I even switched having an actual bank to completely using there services. Everything in one place, I use the dashboard and it is very easy to navigate, never had issues where they were down and I could not bank. Whenever I need help there is always someone from their customer service to help me. Never had an issue with any of their customer service agents.

I've been a Square customer for about 16 years. I have had a Clover experience as well, but I came back to Square. I like the ease of reporting, maintaining my listings, and check out. I have my website credit card processing through Square as well. Everything is easy to find, login is efficient, and I do not have to spend too much time on the back end of my business.

When I started, I was frustrated and angry but the Square and weebly staff were patient, encouraging, prompt to my emails and providing links and resources to help solve my problem. They never gave up on me until my refund was sorted out.All this was through email and so I was prevented the trouble of logging in to support etc I had direct support many times a day and in the end, I smiled and was happy. My issue with my website was sorted out.

Bad Company

Bad Company, Squareup.com Stole My Money, and I wasn't. even Signup with the Company. Today, on4/09/2024 this Morning I notice. My Money was Low. I Call My Bank and Report it. They told. Me that deal with the Company because of Problems with other Customer. And that Squareup.com are. Partners Cash App. In differ Payments it added up to $84., that Squareup.com stole from Me. I know it don't seem much, but I'm on a very Low Fix Income from SSDI. Thanks

Do not use Square!!!

if you cant afford to have your credit card payments tied up for days, Do not use Square. They froze my account today and say they won't even contact me to resolve the issue for at least 24 hours. This is unacceptable. I understand that with all the credit card fraud these days, credit card processors need to take precaution. When an account is flagged, they need to contact the customer immediatly to resolve the issue, not a day or two later. while witholding their payments. Square is not a viable option for small business. Understand that my complaint is not that they sometimes need adddtional information, but how long they take to request it. It is unaccepatble to withhold funds for days before even letting you kow why or what is needed.
