Worst company I have ever dealt with as a business. Customer service is terrible, incompetent and disrespectful. Then they try to keep your money on hold and deactivate your account for no reason. Criminals wearing white collars. Please any business, do not let these people near your finances or your company, they will rob you with fees and find a fallacy statement to keep your money, as if they are just using it to launder money or reinvest in something else.
I love the t-shirt designs for men- but wished you had the same variety for women. Also- you seem to sell out of large and extra large for women- why is that? Seems obvious that you sell more larger sizes- or do you intentionally stock more smaller sizes? I suspect, you are losing money either way. Lastly, I ordered 5 diff t-shirts (mens). I noticed one t-shirt was a lower quality (thinner) material? I was surprised - I assumed that all of your t-shirts came in the same high quality fabric (which is not easy to find in t-shirts these days).
I ordered a large jacket, received large and fits like a slim Medium. No store in Nevada state to exchange. Sent email to customer service one week ago and no response. On top of this, product took three weeks to arrive. Now I have a jacket I can’t use due to small fit
I've been using your service for a year now. I have not one negative experience that I can comment on. We've been in business for 35+ years and I've finally found a financial institution that fulfills my business need from checking to running customers credit cards, invoices, along with showing me what I received and projections for the months,years to come. I been with them for about 13 years I think, had a few hiccups but they were taken care of, I have retired and had my last problem but it was sorted by a really professional customer agent called Benjamin, I would have been happy if he was working for one of my companies.
