While customer service is a little delayed in responding, once they do they are SUPER understanding and really care. They make things right if there are issues and they address things with the customers best interest in mind. Quality clothing and quality people. Quality company. I really love this company.
It was an extremely painful experience. I never got the products I ordered. It took days if not 1 or 2 weeks to receive a response from Superdry. I understand the reason because I live in Alaska but there was no warning on the website when I ordered.
I ordered a coat with a removable front panel and collar. The panel and collar were removed and did not arrive with the coat. I emailed customer service and got an automatic response stating the response time was 72 hours. This is almost laughable.
