The store staff were very informed. Very helpful and extremely polite, very relatable. People, good people prices were amazingly better than other retailers. It's a good place and I was satisfied with a purchase regardless whether I found what I wanted to or not.
They are holding my funds and closing my account, they are a scam and they are in lawsuits all over the states, they should all go to jail for stealing money from small businesses. now Square will not even talk to us to explain why they are keeping the money our customers paid for our services.
Ordered 10 days ago. Followed up today and Superdry said the delivery partner lost it. However tracking the package it looks like the delivery partner never received it. SD promised to try to either resend the parcel or refund my money. SD has refunded the shipping charges to their credit. Still awaiting resolution.
