Online photos on shopping website could be improved

I didn't know they didn't have any local stores on the west coast anymore because they shut them down early 2024. Bummer. The products they sell, despite the higher than average department store is much better quality. I just can't splurge on them like I used to. The only thing that I was disappointed about was how long the shipping took, about 2 weeks. But actually, I'm not going to give them that much flack about that because it came from the UK. I prefer to shop in person though because I always find a surprise item I like, but I know that the general fashion industry is moving more online. I personally think they need to do what Nordstrom is doing and having a video presentation of some of their pieces because having a real human, that's not super skinny, next to the item makes it easier for me to see how the product is going to look on me. There's just not enough photo references in product listings. I think all online shopping could really improve on this. Just hire more photographers and graphic designers if you're going to be online.

Warning… do not use. Without notice a reason, will deactivate your account and freeze your money.

Warning!! Beware!! Square will, without reason without an explanation, deactivate your account, and freeze your money for up to three months. Customer service provides no explanation, will only read a prepared dialogue and will disconnect the call if you continue to ask why. They are rude, rude rude! I’ve never experienced anything like this before, where someone can just freeze and take your money without explanation without reason. This is theft in the guise of claiming fraudulent activity on your account. But providing no description or explanation of said ”fraudulent” activity. I will share this with every merchant I see that uses this crap service. There should be some federal regulations on this type of activity. Beware!!!!!

I am a complete upset and angry Square…

I am a complete upset and angry Square ex- customer. If I could post 0 star , they sure deserve it. Square is a scam , and a fraudulent company. I purchase card reader with the name Square on top of the packaging I purchase about six of them because I’m a hairstylist and I kept washing them with the apron . Twice they called two of my customers to tell them to file a claim at their bank , because I was using an “illegal card “reader, which is ludacris . They wanted to charged me some bogus fees and they wouldn’t reverse it because they want you to purchase their 300$ to 1000$ +++card readers which I cannot afford it . I never had any problem before until recently when they tried to make money and squeeze more funds from hard-working people , in an illegal manner . I will get an attorney this is not over, trust me. Justice must be done , because square is Totally out Of control and I do not want anybody to go through what I’ve been going through.

Rep forgot to remove the alarm clip

Rep forgot to remove the alarm clip. I drove all the way home and realize it was still on the jacket. I had to drive all the way back just to remove the clip.Sloppy customer service2.3.24 around 2pm.
