I had a horrible customer service experience with Epse. You can't talk to a live person, so we had a chat experience. I specifically asked him to email me a Form 1099-K - and he kept trying to navigate me to downloading it from the Square site. My computer is not working, and I repeatedly asked Epse to just send me the electronic form. Nope. He just kept repeating the download intructions and ignored my needs. I am done with Square. Trying to reach a live person is ridiculous.
