When logging in to our account we are required to reset our password, yet no email or text message ever arrives with the code to proceed. Attempting to contact support via chat over and over again has been useless. They insist that they can't find an account with our company name or with the email address. It was suggested to me that I need to find the "owner" and ask him. We are a large company and IT keeps track of things like this. We don't have a password issue, we just aren't allow to login. I also called support and was told I had to use chat instead. Eventually, I gave up and tried email. I received no response after more than 3 business days. When I sent a follow-up email to ask someone to reach out to us soon, I received an email 1 minutes later stating that we hadn't responded to Square's attempts to reach us for "two weeks" and the case was being closed due to inactivity. This is ridiculous beyond belief. I have been trying to contact someone for weeks just to gain access to our account so we can BUY new equipment and give Square MORE money. At this point, we are going to switch to another service. This is a waste of our time and completely unprofessional. I am appalled.Update: This is an update after receiving the reply to our review. WE are the owner, and as I stated before, the reset links NEVER come through. We DO know the password, it just tells us we have to reset our password, which NEVER comes through when we send the request. Our email administrator has been pouring over logs AND NO EMAIL EVER COMES THROUGH. The same is true for sending a code to our "phone number". We have bent over backwards trying to contact the company for help. The response from Sqaure is a copy-paste generic response that doesn't address the issue at all. It is just more of what we have already experienced. We need real support. Please provide me a way to gain access to a support person who reads the request and actually wants to help. We will provide whatever needs to be provided to prove who we are, please just help us!
No company is 100% perfect all the time but Square is challenging that to the max. Every single phone, every inquiry for help is always met with professionalism, knowledge and a grounded desire to make you a happy and satisfied customer. Consistency is the bedrock of this company and I know deep in my soul Square always has my back in helping my company flourish and grow. Never a negative attitude no matter how simple the question and always the 'thank you for being a customer' follow up. Many a bank and other processors have tried to get my business and the answer is always no, your customer service is not at the level of Square!

Why stealing merchants money and making false claim. I am writing her also that I need the information of the bank you said disputed a claim. I have emailed your company several times and I am not getting any answer. You are fraudulent company who steal peoples money and won’t provide any information. As for my money I will definitely get because I will get it through square or drag you to court to pay more. You messed with the wrong one this time. They said a client of mine made a dispute and refused to give me my money and refused to give me the information of the bank.
