I decided to give it a second chance and re-ordered (100) pens. I chose the same style but just changed the color of the barrel color. (Previously I had order two different colors with our logo, phone number and website and about 1/2 of the pens were dismantled and in pieces when they arrived). I already had my logo on file and verified the information prior to submitting. At some point afterwards, I received an email requesting me to approve the design, which I thought was odd since I did not submit it for approval but pulled it up on my phone and approved. When they arrived, they didn't have my logo. It had been changed. I called to politely let them know and asked for either a new order with the correct logo or a refund. Although the rep was very polite, ultimately, he said that they could do neither since I had approved the design via email. He said they couldn't laser my logo so they had to change it. I explained that no one said anything about that in the email, it was only a link to approve with a small photo that if you didn't know what to look for, appeared normal. I also inquired as to why they wouldn't be able to do it now, when I have a previous order with the logo?Their solution was to do nothing, and I lost over $200 with worthless pens.Needless to say, I will never order from here again.
